The box filler is used to fill boxes most gently. Vertical belts are mounted on the frame to fill the boxes and a transport belt is used to switch direction. Because the box filler can hold 2 boxes, the machine can fill without interruptions. Simply setting a few limit switches allows it to fill boxes of different heights or widths optimally and with a minimum drop height.
On demand, a weighing unit can be added to weigh the boxes and to stop filling the boxes when the desired weight is reached. Depending upon your product size the belt can be supplied with fingers, THW, and interrupted THW cleats. On demand, the Frame can be made from painted mild steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel.
