Every student has a dream of achieving his goals and fulfilling his dreams which is possible by attaining the best knowledge and education in the desired field. But some students are not able to get higher education due to their poor financial conditions. Therefore, to solve this issue, West Bengal Government has launched a special scheme called West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme for the students.
